Kasia Zatorska is a senior manager within Ogier Global’s Sustainable Investment Consulting team and brings more than 14 years of experience working with asset managers, asset owners and hedge funds to the role. Prior to joining Ogier, Kasia led Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS) Hong Kong office and oversaw the firm’s wider Asia-ex Japan portfolio. At ISS, Kasia deepened her knowledge of ESG metrics, reporting standards and stewardship codes. Prior to her time at ISS, Kasia was at Legal and General Investment Management in London; where she gained first-hand experience on how to design and implement ESG thematic frameworks.
Kasia holds an MSc in International Economics from Poznan University of Economics and an MSc in Political Science from Aalborg Universitet.
Dr Arne Geschke

Dr Arne Geschke is a leading expert in the field of large-scale global environmental-economic supply-chain assessments and input-output analysis with a focus on environmental applications such as carbon accounting and energy policy. Having developed his skill set in the academic and professional worlds alike, Arne bridges the gap between cutting-edge methodological advancements in supply-chain analysis and applicability in an enterprise environment.
Arne holds a PhD in Environmental Impact Analysis and Economic Modelling from The University of Sydney, prior to which he completed a Master of Industrial Mathematics at the University of Hamburg, Germany and the University of Bath, UK.

Adrian has extensive experience in private, government and NFP management and at Board level, with skills in Board governance, training, staff development, and coaching. He produces thought leadership articles on topics ranging from Governance to training, development, diversity and inclusion, and the practical application of developments in IT.
Most recently he developed and delivered workshops on international and local labour laws to private seafood companies and industry associations on behalf of the International Labour Organisation, a UN agency.
