We will take appropriate measures to keep your information confidential and secure in accordance with our internal procedures covering the storage, access and disclosure of information.

We may transfer information about you between countries if required for a relevant purpose described above. These may include countries that do not provide the same level of protection as the laws of your home country (for example, the laws within the European Economic Area or Australia). Insofar that we exchange personal information with the International Compliance Association or its affiliates (collectively ICA) in relation to courses any of them make available, ICA may hold that information in Singapore or the United Kingdom or both.

We will at all times ensure a level of data protection at least as protective as that required in the European Economic Area and Australia. We will also require our affiliates to whom we transfer information about you to ensure a similar level of data protection.

You have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you and to have any inaccurate personal information corrected. The list below outlines the cookies used on grcsolutions.com.au and Salt, and their purpose:

ASP.NET_SessionId – The session cookie is stored in temporary memory and is not retained after the browser is closed. It does not collect information from the user’s computer and does not personally identify the user.

piwik_ignore – This cookie is used by Piwik Analytics, which monitors traffic levels, search queries and visits to our website. Piwik Analytics stores IP addresses anonymously on its servers in the US. Neither GRC Solutions or Piwik associate your IP address with any information that can identify you personally.

These cookies enable Piwik to determine whether you are a return visitor to the site and to track the pages that you visit during your session.

Wc_session, cart_hash and items_in_cart – These cookies are used to store purchased items in the shopping cart for 24 hours. If the transaction is not complete, it will remove itself after 24 hours.

currentCultureen-AU – Salt course lessons use a cookie to bookmark pages. When exiting a lesson page, the cookie will retain the page number so when the lesson is next launched it will return you to the last visited page.

When launching a Salt lesson or quiz, a cookie stores the session ID for 24 hours. When that time period lapses, the cookie expires and automatically deletes itself. The Salt login page cookie stores login session information for 24 hours. When that time period has lapsed, the cookie expires and automatically deletes itself.
