Client Support & Administration Executive

GRC Solutions is a recognised leader in the financial services compliance training market. As a specialist compliance learning provider, we publish a broad range of legal compliance, risk management, and ethics training courses. We specialise in adaptive eLearning for compliance, as well as facilitated workshops, improving speed to competency and reducing mandatory training hours.
As a young organisation dedicated to fostering and nurturing talent across our client base, we push the same values internally that we promote externally. We are small and nimble, with an approachable and can-do attitude to work, and a relationship driven approach to business. A strong work ethic is essential, as we are actively looking to build our brand and presence across Singapore, as well as the wider Asia region.
- client service and help desk tasks – particularly online learning support for local and international clients
- create and update administration and sales systems to collect and store contact information received
- maintain and update local website
- plan and deliver regional marketing messages to client base
- assist with client meetings, demonstrations, tender proposals and ongoing client contact, including business renewals
- planning and support for regional events and conferences
- responsibility for payments management, using Xero
- updating social channels
- development of links with agency bodies and external partners, including applications for government funded programs under local training standards
- general office administration, including printing, stationary, expenses
- other ad-hoc duties as required
A background in client services or support, marketing, or business development is beneficial, but not essential. Experience of a professional services organisation or tertiary education body would also be an advantage.
It is essential to be open minded to new ideas, willing to share, looking for growth opportunities, and open to new ways of doing business.
